PILGRIM’S THEME
Tired of weaving dreams too loose for me to wear
Tired of watching clouds repeat their dance on air
Tired of getting tied to doing what’s required
Is life a mere routine in the greater scheme of things?
Through with taking roads someone else designed
Through with chasing stars that soon forget to shine
Through with going through one more day - what’s new?
Does my life still mean a thing in the greater scheme of things?
I think I’ll follow the voice that calls within
Dance to the silent song it sings
I hope to find my place
So my life can fall in place
I know in time I’ll find my place
In the greater scheme of things
Each must go his way, but how can I decide?
Which path I should take, who will be my guide?
I need some kind of star to lead me somewhere far
To find a higher dream in the greater scheme of things
The road before me bends, I don’t know what I’ll find
Will I meet a friend or ghosts I left behind?
Should I even be surprised that You’re with me in disguise?
For it’s Your hand I have seen in the greater scheme of things
For Yours is the voice in my deepest dreams
You are the heart, the very heart
Of the greater scheme of things
Why don’t we follow the voice that calls within
Dance to the silent song it sings
One day we’ll find our place
For all things fall in place
For all things have a place
In the greater scheme of things
Perfect summer tune.
Scared and nervous as hell

I completely forgot that I have not attended Mass yet. The moment I realized it, I made a random shocked expression staring at thin air…hope no one saw me, they’d think I’m a weirdo. But I really am. HAHA anyway it’s 7:30pm…no more Masses nearby…But I badly want to receive Him…especially right now…Le Sigh.
Jn 16:29-33
The disciples said to Jesus,
“Now you are talking plainly, and not in any figure of speech.
Now we realize that you know everything
and that you do not need to have anyone question you.
Because of this we believe that you came from God.”
Jesus answered them, “Do you believe now?
Behold, the hour is coming and has arrived
when each of you will be scattered to his own home
and you will leave me alone.
But I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
I have told you this so that you might have peace in me.
In the world you will have trouble,
but take courage, I have conquered the world.”
05/21/2012 | All these Lady Gaga being in the Philippines related tweets break my heart…not to mention the recent issues on gay marriage on local TV which I saw over the weekend that really just made me boil inside…I do want to defend the Catholic Church’s stand on these things and the natural moral law as well (just to point out that the Catholic faith does hold the truth given by Truth Himself), and to defend what I believe in and what I know to is true. (I am just so blessed to have taken wonderfully structured Theology and Philosophical Anthropology general courses, it has been a great help in understanding reality and, most especially, in understanding my Faith.)
I am very much TEMPTED TO MAKE A POST about it…BUT that would be a waste of time because probably no one will even read it …and more importantly, because I HAVE SO MUCH SCHOOLWORK to do right now. SO I will OFFER my time studying and doing my work to God as a prayer instead, keeping all those people in my mind that they may be enlightened. PRAYER IS MY WEAPON. :)
Take things calmly; let time pass
Don’t be frightened; don’t fear any harm, even though the circumstances in which you work are terrible, worse even than those of Daniel in the pit with all those ferocious beasts. God’s hand is as powerful as ever and, if necessary, he will work miracles. Be faithful! With a loving, responsible and cheerful faithfulness to the teaching of Christ. Be convinced that our times are no worse than those of other centuries, and that Our Lord is always the same.
I knew an elderly priest who used to say with a smile: ‘As for me, I’m always calm and peaceful.’ That is how we should always be, immersed in the world, with hungry lions all around, yet never losing our peace, our calm. Always loving, believing and hoping, and never forgetting that Our Lord will work all the miracles we need, if and when we need them. (Friends of God, 105)
